Is Lily insured?

Lily is fully insured for Weddings and Events, including Hire & Reward and Public Liability cover. She is meticulously maintained to the highest standard, with a current MOT, despite being legally exempt and can relax knowing you’re in safe, reliable hands, giving you complete peace of mind on your special day.

Where is Lily parked when not in use?

Lily is securely stored in a fully enclosed, locked facility, protected from the elements at all times. This ensures she remains in pristine condition and is carefully maintained between bookings, guaranteeing that Lily always arrives looking immaculate and ready to make a lasting impression.

Can I opt out of SAR’s Cars using my wedding photos?
 

At SAR’s Cars, we occasionally share photos taken by us from weddings we’ve attended to showcase our service on our website, Facebook, and Hitched profiles. These images are used solely for promotional purposes and to give future couples a glimpse of what to expect. If you would prefer that we do not use any photos from your wedding, simply let us know, we will of course, respect your wishes and ensure your images are not shared.

Is SAR's Cars licensed to serve Champagne 🥂

Yes, SAR’s Cars is licensed under the Licensing Act 2003 to serve alcohol as part of our wedding hire service.
For each wedding, we obtain a Temporary Event Notice (TEN) to cover any photo stops or off-road serving locations.
This ensures our Champagne service is completely legal, safe, and compliant.

Our licensed service means your chauffeur is authorised to pour your complimentary celebratory glass of Champagne, under Licence No. BH230743, issued by BCP (Bournemouth, Christchurch & Poole) Council.

Alcohol is only served once Lily is parked and only to guests aged 18 or over, so you can enjoy your celebratory glass with total peace of mind.

Viewing, Seating & Hire Agreement Guidance

We always recommend arranging a viewing before confirming your booking, so you can ensure Lily comfortably accommodates your bridal party and meets your needs perfectly. Lily can accommodate your bridal party of five for your special journey however, for the most relaxed and comfortable journey, we generally recommend seating four.

Once you’ve decided Lily is the perfect fit, we’ll provide a clear hire agreement for your peace of mind, confirming all the details of your special day.

How long in advance do I need to book Lily?
